May full moon newsletter

Wow, what changing and intense times we continue to be in!
I recorded a wee video for you spontaneously yesterday, I hope you enjoy it. It's just under 3 minutes long.

I had just been moving outside; meeting and shaping some of my feelings in response to all that is unknown in my life. As Lee Harris said in his May energy update, listening to when to engage and when to disengage.

My focus is mostly zoomed in on Phase 3 of the OF Teacher Training over the next 2 months, which begins with the Open Floor Immersion in Bilbao the week after next. There are still places!
In the space that came after Vessels of Love - my weekly online Open Floor classes that ran from March 2020 to March 2023  - I was so touched by the number of people who described it as a lifeline for them over the past 3 years - I have been responding to requests for short-term 1:1 sessions and somatic coaching. I LOVE doing this and will have more availability in the Scottish Autumn.
