In these fractured times of disproportionate isolation and what many people describe as 'brain fog', this Therapy in Motion group invites you to alleviate and illuminate; penetrating through the layers of unfathomability in these uncertain times to experience the benefit of Lucid Flow.
I will work with a group of people over 10 weeks, with a different Open Floor Core Movement Resource each session. You can sign up in blocks of 5 sessions if that's easier for you to commit to.
