Tuesday Open Floor Online - is a weekly class, established after the completion of my online series ‘Vessels of Love’. It is held in rotation by a collective of Open Floor Teachers: Zoë, Aileen & Jenny.
The teachers asked if I might join occasionally as a "Special Guest Teacher" - I said yes. I will teach this month on Tuesday 12 November 9am - 10.15am (UK time).
• Arrive 15 minutes before for warm-up. We invite you to arrive as close to 8.45am (UK time) as you can to allow the full 15 minutes to warm up your body and settle in to the class, feel free to join while you are still preparing your space if needed.
