Beyond Polarities

In this experiential workshop we will explore the concept of polarities - the opposing forces that shape our lives - and how we can transcend (integrate) them through embodied movement.

Participants will learn to recognise how these dualities (such as mind/body, action/rest, masculine/feminine energies) manifest in the body and affect their physical and emotional well-being.
