Easing and loosening the fixed shapes of our story about ‘The Past’, ‘The Present’, ‘The Future’.

Our own past, our own present, our own future are these set in stone? How would it be to soften that which we think we know about them? Be it in the body, in the emotions, in the mind, or at the soul level, might we consciously loosen those places where we find fixed beliefs. Inviting the ease and fluidity of more spacious possibilities?
